Biography

Fernanda leads Halderon's Latin America practice and has been instrumental in expanding the firm's presence across the region. Her expertise spans retail transformation, private equity value creation, and corporate restructuring. She has advised leading Brazilian and multinational companies on market entry strategies, operational turnarounds, and digital commerce transformations. Fernanda holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from USP and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
