Biography

Helen advises Halderon's industrial and portfolio practice on cross-border strategic and operational transformation. In her primary role she serves as Senior Director at EY-Parthenon (Chicago), where she leads transformation engagements for Fortune 500 industrial and private-equity clients; she was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Her work spans the United Kingdom, Greater China, and India, and she is fluent in Mandarin and English. Helen contributes to Halderon as an external advisor only.
