Biography
James oversees Halderon's operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, managing a team of over 1,200 consultants across 20 offices. His personal practice focuses on strategic transformations in the energy and industrial sectors, where he has helped several FTSE 100 companies navigate the energy transition. Before joining Halderon, he spent five years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. James read PPE at Balliol College, Oxford, and holds an MBA from London Business School.
