Biography
Kenji leads Halderon's Japan office and specializes in automotive strategy and industrial transformation. He has advised leading Japanese automakers and suppliers on electrification strategies, supply chain restructuring, and global expansion. His deep understanding of both Western and Japanese management practices makes him a trusted advisor to cross-border partnerships and joint ventures. Kenji graduated from the University of Tokyo and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
