Challenge
Despite $8 billion in 5G capex, B2B monetisation beyond enhanced mobile broadband remained elusive, with enterprise revenue stuck at 18% of total.
Approach
We mapped over 40 5G use cases across industry verticals, prioritizing those with the strongest willingness-to-pay and technical feasibility. We designed a network-slicing-as-a-service platform, built an enterprise sales organization, and piloted smart-factory, connected-port, and autonomous-logistics solutions with anchor clients in three verticals.
Impact
Enterprise revenue grew by 35% within two years. Three network-slicing contracts with major industrial clients generated recurring revenue streams, and the operator established itself as the market leader in B2B 5G services.
