Biografia

Alejandro has led Halderon & Company since 2019, guiding the firm through a period of unprecedented growth and strategic transformation. With over 25 years of consulting experience, he has advised Fortune 100 CEOs across financial services, energy, and private equity on their most critical strategic decisions. Prior to assuming the global leadership role, he served as Managing Partner for EMEA and led the firm's Private Equity practice. Alejandro holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
