Erik leads Halderon's Nordic practice and specializes in private equity value creation and industrial transformation. He has worked with leading Nordic PE firms on more than 60 portfolio company transformations, consistently delivering top-quartile returns. His deep expertise in the industrials sector and the Nordic business landscape makes him a sought-after advisor for cross-border transactions. Erik holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an MBA from IMD Lausanne.
