Marcus leads Halderon's global Operations & Implementation practice, bringing over 18 years of experience in supply chain transformation, procurement optimization, and lean operations. He has delivered more than $3 billion in cumulative cost savings for clients across industrial manufacturing, aerospace, and consumer goods. His hands-on implementation approach has earned a reputation for producing results that endure well beyond the engagement. Marcus holds an MEng from Cambridge University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
