He has advised leading Japanese automakers and suppliers on electrification strategies, supply chain restructuring, and global expansion. His deep understanding of both Western and Japanese management practices makes him a trusted advisor to cross-border partnerships and joint ventures. Kenji graduated from the University of Tokyo and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
