Olivia leads Halderon's Australia and New Zealand practice with a focus on mining, resources, and energy transition. She has advised major mining companies on operational excellence programs, sustainability strategies, and indigenous partnership frameworks. Her unique combination of engineering and strategy expertise allows her to bridge technical and commercial perspectives. Olivia holds a BE (Mining) from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
