He has advised government entities and royal family offices across the GCC on Vision 2030 implementation, privatization strategies, and the development of knowledge-based economies. His work has shaped landmark public-private partnerships in healthcare, education, and infrastructure. Omar holds a degree in Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
